The first step
When you call us, one of Pave and Landscape Solutions’ friendly reception staff will be here to take your call.
We schedule a time with you that suits you to meet for an obligation free, complimentary consultation. Our hours of operation vary, and we work with your schedule, from early mornings, late nights and all hours in between. In other words, we fit in with your needs.
Consultation
Our aim is to be on your doorstep as soon as possible. Andrew is our Principal Pavior and has over 35 years’ experience in the business. Andrew will visit your home to discuss your ideas, talk about designs, make suggestions and show you examples and concepts of what your new outdoor living space will look like. Most importantly, we listen to you.
Firstly, we view your existing garden (or future garden!) and house. Secondly, we survey your surroundings, taking note of anything that may affect your design, (e.g. drainage issues, soil type).
Quotation
Once we have finalised the scope and details of your project together, we will email you a quotation or specification detail outlining the project, inclusions, pricing and payment schedule.
In addition, we create a timeline for your project, which outlines start and estimated finish dates.
The work begins
Pave and Landscape Solutions uses the highest quality materials and finishes all aspects of the job according to building work health and safety standards and correct construction procedures. So you can feel sure your new garden will exceed your expectations.
Most importantly, you will be kept informed of progress as the work unfolds as we are very keen to work with you and provide the environment you want.
During the project, you will notice all our staff are punctual, courteous, clean, tidy and above all, respectful of your property. We complete work to the highest standard and have an exceptional work ethic.
